Free website + visibility audit

Local search · Google Maps

Google Business Profile optimization. Make your best work easier to find and choose on Google.

A profile full of the wrong services, old photos, or broken contact links can lose a buyer who was ready to call. We align it with the work you actually want and the places you really serve.

Talk through the first fix Charlotte-based. Working across North Carolina, the Southeast, and nationwide.

When this is the right job

A visible profile is not the same as a useful one.

We start by checking the constraint, not selling every service at once. If this is not the weak link, we will say so.

  • Your money-making services are missing, buried, or described differently on the website.
  • Hours, coverage, calls, and booking links have not been checked from a customer’s phone.
  • New reviews and real work photos arrive by chance instead of through a repeatable process.

The value stack

The work, and why each part matters.

01 · Service & category alignment

Help the right buyer recognize a fit.

Review actual services, categories, descriptions, and priority job types against the website and customer demand.

02 · Contact-path repair

Make the next step easy to take.

Test hours, service areas, phone, website, and booking links; correct what the business can verify.

03 · Proof collection system

Give buyers evidence before they call.

Organize approved job photos, relevant updates, and a policy-aware review request and response process.

04 · Profile activity baseline

Know what changed—and what the data cannot prove.

Document available profile interactions alongside qualified calls and bookings where tracking permits.

You keep every agreed asset we complete during the buildout, whether you continue with us or not.

What we will not promise

No fake location, borrowed address, bought review, or promise of a top-three Maps position. Google controls local ranking; we control the accuracy and quality of the work we complete.

Questions worth answering before you start

Can you guarantee a Maps ranking?

No. We can improve the accuracy, usefulness, and consistency of the profile and measure the signals available, but no agency controls Google’s local results.

Do we need a storefront?

Not necessarily. Eligible service-area businesses can use a Business Profile, but the profile must represent how the business actually operates. We do not create invented offices or unsupported locations.

Does this replace local SEO on the website?

No. The profile and website should support the same real services and service areas. When the website is the constraint, we recommend fixing that path too.
