A repair website built around bookings, buybacks, and the jobs that matter

We rebuilt Charlotte Tech Repair's website and Google Business Profile around high-value repair services, clearer booking and device-buyback paths, and real photos of repair work.

Client: Charlotte Tech RepairWork began: June 2026Visit the live site

The problem

One shop. Different buying decisions.

A customer with a broken phone, MacBook, or game console needs to know quickly whether the shop handles that exact job and what to do next. A person selling a device has a different question. The site and Business Profile needed to make those paths easier to find and act on.

What we changed

Make the money services visible. Give each visitor the right next step.

01

Priority-service visibility

We reorganized the website and Google Business Profile around the shop's priority work: game-console, MacBook, and phone repair.

02

Separate paths for separate intentions

We built clearer routes for repair inquiries, diagnostic bookings, and device buyback requests instead of asking every visitor to use the same generic contact path.

03

Proof of the work itself

We gave before-and-after repair photos and service examples a more prominent role so visitors can inspect the kinds of problems the shop actually solves.

Business-reported operating context

The business reports stronger sales on a six-day schedule

The shop changed from seven opening days to six in June 2026. The team reports stronger sales and improved profitability during the year. This is business-reported context: the anonymized daily-sales chart cannot establish a sales percentage, verify profit, or isolate the effect of our work.

Anonymized 2026 daily-sales trend from January into September, with dates visible and the sales scale hidden
Anonymized daily sales, January–September 2026. The shop moved to a six-day schedule in June; zero-sales dips are consistent with a regular closed day.

What these screenshots do—and do not—prove

Search Console and Business Profile screenshots document visibility and interactions, not completed repairs or revenue. The separate daily-sales chart has no visible scale or profit measure. None of these views isolates the effect of our work from seasonality, other business activity, or reporting changes. We do not attribute every increase to our work.

What we would measure next

Search attention is a start. Qualified work is the point.

A like-for-like comparison would include sales, a clearly defined profit measure, days open, sales and profit per open day, and qualified inquiries or bookings by source. We will add numerical business outcomes only when the periods and figures are verified and approved for publication.
