Information you provide
When you request an audit or submit the qualification form, we receive the business, website, email, phone, and other information you enter so we can provide the requested result, review fit, and respond. Do not submit confidential customer data through either form.
Audit processing
The automated audit sends the submitted public website URL to Google’s PageSpeed Insights service to produce a point-in-time mobile Lighthouse result and, when available, aggregated Chrome user-experience data. Your contact details are sent to the lead endpoint configured by The Leads Guys; they are not needed by the speed-test provider. The broader online-presence review may use publicly available website, search, profile, and reputation information.
Contact choices
Required audit consent allows The Leads Guys to contact you to deliver and discuss the requested audit. Requesting a discovery call tells us you would like help arranging that conversation. Occasional marketing emails are sent only when you separately select the optional marketing checkbox. You can ask to stop future marketing messages at any time.
Scheduling provider
If an online booking link is configured and you choose to use it, the scheduling provider receives the information you enter on its service under its own privacy terms. You can instead wait for The Leads Guys to contact you using the details already submitted.
Analytics and referral attribution
The site may record page views, internal navigation, calls to action, campaign tags, referral codes, and advertising click identifiers. First-touch and latest-touch attribution plus a limited session journey may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days and included with an audit or qualification submission.
Service providers
If configured, the site may send form or analytics data to providers selected by The Leads Guys, such as an analytics platform, hosting provider, lead-management webhook, scheduling provider, or website-testing provider. Those providers handle data under their own terms.

You can clear browser storage or use browser privacy controls. To ask about information submitted through this site, use either form and state that your request concerns privacy.
